We offer two types of Bookkeeping

After the Fact Bookkeeping

SCG handles the recording of the banking, credit card, loans and payroll transactions, as well as, reconciling your accounts and books after the activity has occurred. The most common is once a month services and we offer options for clients that prefer more frequent updating to help keep the bank account current on a regular basis. After the fact bookkeeping is at a lower cost, prices start @ $350 per month for once a month service. Your transaction level and number of accounts to reconcile may increase this price. We also offer clean-up services if your books are behind.

Full Charge Bookkeeping

VBS handles the recording of the banking, credit card, loans and payroll transactions, as well as, reconciling your accounts and books, managing accounts receivable and accounts payable, paying bills, processing payroll, filing sales tax and keeping the books updated on a regular basis. We can tailor our services to your needs and can quote from daily real-time services to weekly or twice per month. Full charge bookkeeping is at a higher cost, prices start @ $750 per month for twice a month service. If you need clean up services, we can also quote that with this service.
